ABOUT ME
I was born in 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria. I received BSc. and MSc. degrees of Electronic engineering from Technical University of Sofia in 2005 and 2007, respectively. I received Ph.D. degree in 2010, in the Department of Microelectronics, TU-Sofia. My thesis was "Interface optimization of molecular optoelectronic devices. Currently, I am an Associate Professor in the same department. My research interests are organic semiconductors, thin films and light emitting devices. I am also head of project for fabrication of flexible OLED with new polymeric materials and technologies. My academic activity is related to new MSc degree program “Microtechnologies and nanoengineering” in TU-Sofia. I serve as reviewer for the journals “Material Science and Engineering B” and “Materials and manufacturing processes”.
