SYLLABI DEVELOPED:
-
"Technology of micro- and nanosystems", Master of Science, 2014 - the course consider the main processes for fabrication of integrated circuits, sensors, actuators and microelectromechanical systems. Students are distributed in groups or receive individual tasks. They produce and test elements from different micro- and nanodevices. Some examples are shown below:
Vacuum deposition
of thin films
Mask making
Photolitographic patterning and lift-off process
Slectively wet etching and
masks alignment
Electroplating and microlegs growth for thermal actuator
Deep silicon etching and
micromembrane fabrication
for pressure sensor
-
"Thin film electronics", "Microelectronic Technologies for Energy Harvesting Devices", Master of Science, 2014.
-
"Material science for microelectronics", Bachelor of Science, 2013.
